Establishment of Eco Tourism Facility at Lal Suhanra National Park with Equipment and Solar System

The Punjab Forest Department invites tenders for the establishment of an Eco Tourism Facility at Lal Suhanra National Park, Bahawalpur Forest Division, Punjab. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the PPRA E-Tendering System and in accordance with PPRA rules. The project aims to support conservation of the desert ecosystem through the installation and supply of various equipment and systems at the park. Items being procured: - Hand Held Walkie Talkie Hytera (Model: TC-508) with accessories (40 Nos.) - Installation of wireless network/security system including 4 base stations and 4 towers (100 feet) and 40 handsets - Purchase of Grow Bags for 2nd stage Nursery (12"x10") (266,666 Nos.) - Purchase of Silt (266,666 Cft.) - Purchase of furniture for Divisional Office including revolving chair, chairs, tables, coffee table, sofa set 5 seater, table of sofa set, dust bins, main chair, sofa almirah, office rack, office steel benches, office sign board, incumbency board, monogram of LSNP, nomenclature plate, dust bin for lawns, easy chairs for lawn, benches for lawns, curtain blind with railing - Installation of Solar System along with batteries at Divisional Office 30 KVA including INVREX 10 kw hybrid inverter IP 65, solar panels Canadian 615 watt (60 Nos.), galvanized iron fixed frame, 6 MM DC cable pure copper, high voltage circuit breakers, 2 core AC cable, DC earthing and boring with earthing arrestor, transportation, labour and delivery, installation, batteries 48 volt lithium INVREX, battery cable 16MM, battery breaker + DP box, battery terminal + thimble, PVC pipes and miscellaneous accessories The technical scope includes installation of wireless security systems, solar power systems with batteries, and supply of furniture and nursery grow bags. The site is Lal Suhanra National Park in Bahawalpur. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab PPRA website and have active status for the year 2026-27. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The tender opening will be held on 3rd November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Lal Suhanra National Park. Bidders should ensure all documents including CDR/receipt are genuine to avoid disqualification and blacklisting. Payment will be made after quality assurance by the inspection committee.
