Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by authorized officers from IESCO and PPMC Lahore. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory, and performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required upon award.
Eligible bidders must be registered taxpayers with valid NTN and GST registration, possess relevant manufacturing and supply experience, and comply with all eligibility criteria including no blacklisting and submission of required documentation such as Integrity Pact and Declaration of Beneficial Ownership for contracts exceeding PKR 50 million.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
