Mayo Hospital Lahore is inviting e-bids from local manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals/distributors/general order suppliers for a comprehensive procurement covering multiple store items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes General Store, Stationary Store, Sanitation Store, MIR Store, Electric Store, Bedding, Clothing & Linen Store items, Orthopedic Raw Material, and Medical Gases (liquid and compressed). This framework contract is managed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) and requires free delivery to Mayo Hospital Lahore. The technical scope covers a wide range of hospital consumables and equipment including medical gases, bedding, clothing, linen, orthopedic raw materials, and various store items essential for hospital operations. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement and comply with the detailed specifications and terms available on the E-PADS portal, PPRA Punjab website, and Mayo Hospital website. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule-38 2(a) of PPR Rules, 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders should have valid PEC registration if applicable, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and demonstrate relevant experience in supplying hospital and medical store items. Earnest Money in the form of 1% bid security for most codes and 2% for Medical Gases must be submitted as CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Bank Draft on the tender opening date. Hard copies of bids are not required as submissions are electronic. The tender closing dates range from 21st to 22nd July 2026, with opening times shortly after closing. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th July 2026 at 10:00 am in the Conference Room of the Surgical Tower at Mayo Hospital Lahore. Bidders are advised to attend as minutes will form part of the bidding documents.
