Tender Description
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department under Walton Cantonment Board Lahore had announced procurement of medicine in bulk. This procurement was intended to serve the healthcare needs within the cantonment area of Lahore, ensuring availability of essential medicines for public health facilities managed by the department.
The scope of this procurement included a wide range of pharmaceutical products in bulk quantities. The medicines were to be supplied in accordance with the specifications and quality standards required by the department. This tender was crucial for maintaining uninterrupted medical supplies and supporting the health infrastructure in Lahore Cantonment.
Eligible bidders were expected to have valid FBR registration and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying medicines to government or large institutional buyers would be advantageous. Although the original tender was advertised, it was subsequently cancelled due to administrative reasons and was to be re-advertised after completion of all codal formalities.
The original publication date was **19-06-2026**, and the tender was to close one week later. Interested suppliers were advised to monitor official notifications closely for the re-advertisement. Submission of Earnest Money and CDR in accordance with the tender documents would be mandatory upon re-issuance.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including PEC registration if applicable, tax compliance certificates, and past performance records, are up to date and ready. This preparation will facilitate quick response once the tender is re-advertised, avoiding delays in participation and increasing chances of success.
