Procurement of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items and Artificial Limbs for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital

The Sahiwal Teaching Hospital Sahiwal invites bids from PPRA-registered, income tax and sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items and Artificial Limbs on a day-to-day basis. This procurement is funded through Zakat and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall funds for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), through the Punjab e-Procurement System / PPRA. Items being procured: - Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items - Artificial Limbs The procurement involves local purchase for the hospital's health welfare committee. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent/Convener Health Welfare Committee, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal. Bids must also include Integrity Pact, PPRA registration, valid NTN/STRN certificates, and all other mandatory documents as prescribed. Bidders currently blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or procuring agencies will be disqualified. Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bidders must submit their bids through the e-Procurement system only, uploading scanned copies of their bids. The last date and time for submission of bids is 26-10-2026 till 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the Committee Room, Office of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the specified date is a public holiday, bids will be received/opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process at any stage prior to acceptance without incurring any liability towards bidders.
