THQ Hospital Fort Abbas invites bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering a wide range of medical, surgical, laboratory, printing, stationery, dental, and orthopedic commodities for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the hospital located in Fort Abbas, Punjab, and aims to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential items for patient care and hospital operations. Items being procured: - Day to Day LP Medicine and Surgical Disposable items - General Store Items - Laboratory Items and Chemicals - X-Ray Films and Chemicals - Stationary Items - Dental Items - Printing Items - Orthopedic Commodities The scope includes supply of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory chemicals, X-ray films, stationery, dental supplies, printing materials, and orthopedic commodities. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals with valid registration on the Punjab e-procurement system and relevant tax authorities. The contract requires adherence to quality standards and timely delivery as per hospital requirements. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate bids must be submitted for each lot. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the estimated cost is mandatory, payable via Bank Draft, CDR, DD, PO, or Banker’s cheque. Bids must be submitted online on or before 6th August 2026 at 10:30 am, with opening at 11:00 am the same day. Bid validity is 90 days from opening date. Eligibility includes valid PEC registration if applicable, NTN, and Sales Tax registration certificates. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The lowest evaluated bid not in conflict with any law will be awarded the contract.
