Procurement of Medicines and Drugs Supplies for Financial Year 2026-27

The Health Welfare Committee under Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, in collaboration with the Social Services Medical Centre (SSMC) and the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) Karachi, invites eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, sole agents, and suppliers to participate in the pre-qualification and subsequent tender for the procurement of Medicines and Drugs Supplies for deserving patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Health Welfare Programme for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Medicines and Drugs Supplies for FY 2026-27 The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Act, 2009, and the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended), following the applicable policies and guidelines of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal. The process includes pre-qualification of firms followed by open competitive bidding through a single stage two envelope procedure. Tender documents are available from 11th August 2026 to 26th August 2026 against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. Bidders must submit a 5.5% earnest money of the total bid value. The technical proposals will be opened on 1st September 2026 at 12:00 pm in the 1st Floor Committee Room. Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later as notified through SPPRA E-PADS. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration with FBR and ATL and to submit their business profile and client list on the E-PAD portal.
