Procurement of Medicines for Mines Labour Welfare, Hospitals and Dispensaries

The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of medicines intended for Mines Labour Welfare, Hospitals and Dispensaries located in Khushab. The procurement is managed through the Punjab E-Procurement System under a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. A scanned copy of 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be uploaded along with the Technical and Financial Proposals. The original CDR must be submitted physically at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Mines Labour Welfare Hospital, Khushab, located at 01 Sakesar Road, Khushab before the closing date and time. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the bid. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 05 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the MS MLW Hospital, Khushab. The technical proposals will be opened on 09 November 2026 at 11:30 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on a later scheduled date. Eligibility criteria include valid authority letters from manufacturers, licenses from the Drug Regulatory Authority, valid Income/Sales Tax Registration, Professional Tax Registration certificates, PST, and other documents as specified in the tender document. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule 35.
