Procurement of Menstrual Health Hygiene (MHH) Kits in Government Girls High Schools

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP) under the Elementary and Secondary Education Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of Menstrual Health Hygiene (MHH) Kits. These kits are to be supplied and delivered to Government Girls High Schools across the districts of Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi, and Haripur. Items being procured: - Lot No:1 (Peshawar) MHH Kits - Lot No:2 (Nowshera) MHH Kits - Lot No:3 (Swabi) MHH Kits - Lot No:4 (Haripur) MHH Kits Bidders may bid for one or all lots as defined in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (August 2018). The bidding documents in English can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000 in cash. Bids must be delivered by hand to the specified address on or before 11:30 AM, 29th September 2026. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Public bid opening will occur at 11:45 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid security amounts are: - Lot 1 (Peshawar): PKR 1,150,000 - Lot 2 (Nowshera): PKR 1,180,000 - Lot 3 (Swabi): PKR 1,180,000 - Lot 4 (Haripur): PKR 1,160,000 A pre-bid meeting will be held at 02:00 PM on 17th September 2026.
