The delivery location is the PCAA Headquarter in Karachi with a delivery period of 20 working days after issuance of purchase order. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers and have experience supplying furniture to at least three similar scale organizations in the last five years. A mandatory site visit certificate must be submitted confirming the bidder has inspected the PCAA offices and sample items. The bid submission deadline is Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0 platform only. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a pay order physically before the deadline to the PCAA Headquarter Karachi address. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
