Procurement of Miscellaneous Tools and Aviation Items by CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of ground support equipment, tools, and machines to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the single stage two envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004 and related regulations. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous tools - Aviation items The tender documents are available at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra on any working day between 0800 hours to 1600 hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi on or before 04 Nov 2026 till 1030 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Tenderers must provide a Bid Security of Rs. 250000 in the form of CDR. Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security, and Bidder's Eligibility/Profile Documents in the prescribed manner is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in outright rejection. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and registered with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement - Army (DGP-A) or any Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF, and Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for supply of stores. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges valid till 30 June 2027. No price negotiation will be entertained with the lowest evaluated responsive bidders.
