Procurement of MS Steel Angles, Flat Iron Bars, H Beams, Sheets, Anchor Bolts and Line Pipes for SNGPL Rawalpindi

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of various steel and iron goods required at their Rawalpindi Camp located near Ranger Cadet College, Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/SOA/TE/069/26 with contract reference P126430. Items being procured: - MS Angle Iron 2"x2"x1/4" Thick, 5'-0" Long (160 meters) - MS Angle Iron 6"x6"x1/2" Thick, 5'-0" Long (24 meters) - Flat Iron Bars Size 2-1/2"x3/8" (150 meters) - H Beam (RSJ) 12" x 12" x 1/2" Thick (12 meters) - M.S. Sheet, Thickness 1/2" (13 square meters) - M.S. Anchor Bolt, 3/4" x 15" Long (120 pieces) - MS Angle Iron 2-1/2"x2-1/2"x1/4" Thick, 5'-0" Long (48 meters) - MS Angle Iron 1-1/2"x1-1/2"x1/8" Thick, 5'-0" Long (12 meters) - Line Pipe, 1-1/2" Dia, 3.68mm WT, API-5L Gr-A, Bare (108 meters) All items must conform to ASTM A-36 or equivalent standards with detailed technical specifications provided. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of purchase order at SNGPL Camp Store, Rawalpindi. Bidders must quote brand name and country of origin for all items. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, and submission of original bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 12, 2026, 03:00 PM. Original bid security must be physically submitted at SNGPL Camp, Rawalpindi before the deadline. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price is required within 15 days of award. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to 10% of delayed goods value will apply. Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoices.
