Procurement of Office Furniture for IESCO's Circle Chakwal & Jhelum

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of office furniture for its Chakwal and Jhelum circles. (2 sets) - Revolving Chairs for Members (60 sets) The furniture must comply with detailed technical specifications including materials such as solid wood Kikar or equivalent, high-quality upholstery, and ergonomic designs. Delivery is to be made to the Regional Store IESCO, Rawalpindi within 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Warranty of 12 months or as per manufacturer's standard applies with parts and labor on site. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and possess required financial and technical capacity. Bid security of PKR 250,000 is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 31, 2026, 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS.
