The District Police Office Murree invites tenders under a Frame Work Contract for procurement of various items from GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax registered firms for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (up to date). Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Printing Materials - Computer Stationery - Electric & Sanitary Items - Cleaning and Other Items - Items under head Others / Store - Diet, Lunch Box etc. - Meal for Muharram Duties - Road Safety Items - IT Equipment - Purchase of Plant & Machinery - Purchase of Furniture & Fixtures - Tyre & Tubes of Vehicles/Motorcycles - Repair/Denting Painting of Vehicles/Motorcycles - Batteries of Vehicles/Motorcycles - Spare Parts of Vehicles/Motorcycles - Repair of Furniture & Fixtures - POL (Lubricants) - Bed & Boxes - Repair/Renovation of Police Buildings - Uniform & Protective Clothing - Repair of Plant & Machinery - Hot & Cold Weather Charges - Sell of Used Engine Oil The scope covers supply of office and computer stationery, printing materials, electric and sanitary items, cleaning supplies, diet and lunch boxes, vehicle tyres and tubes, batteries, spare parts, repair and painting of vehicles and furniture, lubricants, beds and boxes, renovation of police buildings, uniforms and protective clothing, plant and machinery, and weather-related charges. The sale of used engine oil is also included. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax authorities and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required via CDR submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PSID) from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Technical bids will be opened on 25-09-2026 at 02:00 PM via the EP Procurement Portal in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms. Financial bids will be opened tentatively on 30-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Firms should maintain quality supply and rates until 30-06-2027. Performance guarantee of 10% is required within 5 days of acceptance letter for the Head of Purchase of Uniform & Protective Clothing. Suppliers of lubricants must submit manufacturer/authorized dealer certificates for 2026-2027. Income tax and other government taxes will apply as per rules. No late tenders will be accepted.
