Tender Description
The Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, located at Court Road, Karachi, is procuring a wide range of other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a comprehensive list of goods including cleaning supplies, stationery, electrical items, furniture accessories, and various household and office consumables. The tender invites eligible bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board to participate in this procurement.
The technical scope includes supply of items such as air fresheners, soaps, mosquito killers, phenyle, mops, brooms, batteries, tissue rolls, dustbins, fans, electric kettles, water coolers, lighting fixtures, fire extinguishers, garbage bags, and many more. The delivery schedule requires completion within 7 days from the date of work order. Bidders must ensure compliance with the detailed technical specifications and provide samples when demanded.
Eligibility criteria are stringent, requiring bidders to have at least five years of relevant experience, valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, and a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 60 million. Earnest money of 5% of the total bid value in the form of CDR or pay order is mandatory. Bidders must submit original bid security and tender fees physically before the deadline.
The tender documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 3000 as a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 08.07.2026 before 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled at 11:00 AM the same day in the Committee Room of the Secretariat. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
