Tender Description
The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab invites eligible bidders and authorized distributors to participate in the procurement of other/miscellaneous store machinery under ADP Schemes titled 'CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital' and 'CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDS)'. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **PKR 97.65 Million**. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and ease of access for bidders.

- Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital
- Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDS)
The scope includes supply of machinery and equipment necessary for upgrading veterinary hospitals and mobile dispensaries across Punjab. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all technical and financial requirements. Interested bidders can download bidding documents free of cost from https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk and https://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be deposited in the Bank of Punjab against a PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The scanned copy of the deposit receipt must be uploaded along with the technical proposal.
The last date for submission of e-bids is **11-11-2026 at 12:00 PM** on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late or physically submitted bids will not be entertained. For clarifications, bidders should use the online portal. The tender was also uploaded on the PPRA website on 19-10-2026.
