Procurement of Outfits for Winter and Summer Season and Miscellaneous Items for PBM Sweet Homes

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) Regional Office, South Punjab Multan, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for procurement of outfits for winter and summer season and miscellaneous items used for resident children and boys of PBM Sweet Homes functional at 05 Nos of Districts (Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah & Multan) of South Punjab Region. Items being procured: - Lot No.1: Winter Cloth Items (Rs.414,130 CDR) - Lot No.2: Summer Cloth Items (Rs.343,460 CDR) - Lot No.3: Shoes Items (Rs.189,170 CDR) - Lot No.4: Miscellaneous Items (Rs.204,557 CDR) Technical Bidding Documents (SBDs) with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA, and PBM websites (www.pbm.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (www.epads.gov.pk) on or before 27-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The CDR/Pay Order of bid security/earnest money (refundable/interest free) shall be submitted lot wise in favor of Director, PBM Regional Office, South Punjab Multan. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids opening date will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders. Bidders/firms must supply goods at approved rates after inspection by the committee. In case of public holiday or non-working day on opening date, next official working day will be considered for submission and opening. PBM reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure valid registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities. Earnest money must be submitted as per lot requirements. The procurement covers multiple districts in South Punjab, requiring bidders to be capable of timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Submission through EPADS portal is mandatory. One practical tip: Carefully prepare your technical bid to meet all specifications and submit the bid security as per lot to avoid disqualification.
