Procurement of Waterproof Cotton Canvas Tarpaulins by Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., (Real Estate Operation Division) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Waterproof Cotton Canvas Tarpaulins for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference number P153045 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - 450 units of Waterproof Cotton Canvas Tarpaulins sized 129 x 60 feet (Finished size) - 200 units of Waterproof Cotton Canvas Tarpaulins sized 52 x 50 feet (Finished size) The tarpaulins must be made of heavy-duty, 100% waterproof green cotton canvas with specific yarn count, density, tensile strength, and hydraulic pressure resistance as detailed in the technical specifications. They require flat-jointed double-stitched seams, double-turned hemmed edges, brass eyelets, and permanent screen-printed TCP monograms and markings. Manufacturing specifications include seam construction, hemming, corner reinforcements, eyelet reinforcements, and waterproofing standards. Bidders other than original manufacturers must provide valid local manufacturer authorization. The delivery location is TCP Pipri Godown, Pipri, Bin Qasim Town, Karachi with a delivery schedule of 45 days. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and STRN registration, active tax status, bid security of Rs. 3.0 million via Pay Order, proof of manufacturing capacity, financial turnover of at least PKR 50 million over the last three years, and submission of physical samples with laboratory testing reports.
