Procurement of Paint Items and Expendables

Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of paint items and expendables. This procurement is governed by PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules and follows a single stage two envelope bidding process on FOR basis. All items will undergo visual, dimensional, material, fitment, and functional testing as per user factory requirements. The delivery period is 3 months after signing of contract with destination at HRF, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and HIT registration or provisional pre-qualification. Firms must submit earnest money in the form of CDR, BD, or PO and provide a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the technical bid.
