Procurement of Papers, Allied Material and Readymade (Machine Made) Envelopes with Printing for PCP Press Islamabad

Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, a government-owned corporation under the Cabinet Division, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR. The procurement is for papers, allied material, and readymade (machine made) envelopes with printing for PCP Press, Islamabad. The materials are to be delivered on an FOB basis at various stores and stations as required. Items being procured: - Papers - Allied material - Readymade (machine made) envelopes with printing Bids/offers must be uploaded on the PPRA EPADS portal by or before 26.10.2026 at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, a hard copy of the bids must reach the office of the Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the same deadline. Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money/Security Money as per lot-wise requirements. Bids without earnest money will be disqualified. Samples of materials must be submitted as uploaded on EPADS along with lot-wise Bid Security. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid validity period is 90 days. Purchase quantities may be adjusted by the purchase authority based on requirements and fund availability. Detailed terms and conditions are available on EPADS in the tender document.
