Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized Dealers registered with the registration system available on the e-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PTN) and PPRA for e-Procurement on e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category for the financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Procurement of patch work, lane marking and painting of curb stones (center median and other allied works) of city roads through Frame Work Contract 2026-27
- Repair of Boundary Wall Model Town Graveyard Municipal Corporation Gujranwala
The procurement includes patch work, lane marking, and painting of curb stones on city roads as well as repair of the boundary wall at Model Town Graveyard. All e-bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System with a bid security of 5% of the estimated price. Bidders must upload a complete and authentic technical bid in PDF format and submit it online. The bids will be opened on 21-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala.
Eligibility requires registration with PEC, FBR, PRA, and PPRA. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 for the patch work and Rs. 140,000 for the boundary wall repair. The bids will be valid for 120 days. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter.
