Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (Procurement Department) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of PE-100 Pipe & Transition Fittings under contract reference P84595 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Karachi with delivery at the Main Store within 60 days. Items being procured include:
- POLYETHYLENE (PE100) PIPE FITTINGS|TRANSITION FITTING 4" X 125mm (Quantity: 248)
- POLYETHYLENE (PE100) TRANSITION FITTINGS 2" X 63 mm (Quantity: 470)
- POLYETHYLENE (PE100) PIPE FITTINGS|TRANSITION FITTING 6" X 180mm (Quantity: 48)
- POLYETHYLENE (PE100) PIPE FITTINGS|TRANSITION FITTING 8" X 250mm (Quantity: 4)
The technical scope covers supply of high-quality polyethylene pipe fittings conforming to PE-100 standards suitable for gas distribution. Bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all eligibility criteria including submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the SSGC Procurement Department office at DCM ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before the bid submission deadline.
