Disposal of Various Scrap Materials by Rafhan Maize Products Co. Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rafhan Maize Products Co. Limited invites bids for the disposal of various types of scrap material on an 'As is Where is' basis from multiple locations including Faisalabad, Jaranwala, and Kotri Hyderabad. The materials can be inspected on site starting from August 19, 2026 at 03:00 pm until August 24, 2026 at 03:00 pm. The tender closing date for submission of bids is August 24, 2026 at 03:00 pm. Items being disposed: - MS/SS/GI/Scrap - Wooden Material - PPW Pallies - Poly Sheets Condemn/Good Quality - Tarpaulins (Canvas) - Damaged AC - Old Bricks Pieces - Damaged Maize - Lab Equipment Misc. - Misc. Items The scrap materials are located at Faisalabad Plant (RCP), Makoona (FSD), Samundari Road (FSD), Jaranwala Plant (FSD), and Kotri Hyderabad. Security amount will be required as per the tender form and must be submitted through Bank Draft/CDR/BC/PO in the name of Rafhan Maize Products Co. Limited. Tender forms with detailed terms and conditions are available at Rakh Canal Plant, Faisalabad and will only be issued to interested parties after registration with the company. Interested bidders must submit the security amount along with the tender form. The security amount will be refunded if the bid is not accepted. Quantities mentioned are approximate and subject to change. The quality and quantity of scrap material is only available on an 'As is Where is' basis. The company reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any tender at any stage without assigning any reason. The Rafhan committee will open the tender and winners will be informed via call or WhatsApp. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the materials during the inspection period and ensure timely submission of bids with the required security amount to avoid disqualification.
