Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and Lab Consumables by Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority Lahore

The Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and Lab Consumables through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). This tender is specifically for suppliers registered with tax departments in Pakistan who can submit their e-bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System on an F.O.R basis at PAFDA Office Lahore. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit their e-bids using the PDF Upload method. Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 17-09-2026 up to 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PAFDA building at Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with valid authority letters. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee (BG) will be accepted. Only bid securities submitted electronically through registered PEPS will be considered valid. The bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Method through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. If the opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the opening of e-bids will be deferred to the next working day at the same time.
