Tender Description
The Government of Sindh Police Department Karachi invites tenders for the procurement of various plant and machinery items for Karachi Traffic Police for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes items such as air conditioners, photocopiers, water dispensers, traffic cones, solar flashing lights, reflective safety equipment, cameras, UPS, traffic lights, and other related equipment with a total estimated cost of approximately 69,989,700 PKR.
The tender process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) with a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must submit sealed financial and technical proposals by 6th January 2026 at 1430 hours. The procurement committee has been constituted to oversee the process, and the tender documents can be obtained via EPADS.
