Tender Description
The Sayed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical Sciences Sehwan under the Health Department Government of Sindh is procuring a comprehensive range of items including plant, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, transport vehicles such as coasters and fork lifters, computer hardware, books, newspapers, and periodicals. This procurement is specifically for the establishment of Nursing and Paramedical School and the State of Art Warehouse at SASIMS Sehwan, located in Sehwan city, Sindh.
The technical scope covers installation and supply of machinery and equipment, furniture fixtures, transport vehicles, and computer equipment. The procurement includes items for the Emergency Cum-Rapid Response Center and other institutional needs. The tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure by QCB method as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended up to 2025).
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, authorized agents, importers, or suppliers registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax (GST), and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Submission requires a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and a bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft. Performance security of 5% of the contract value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is also mandatory.
