This procurement is aimed at improving the office environment with fresh and healthy plants as per the specifications provided. Items being procured: - Money Plants Plain 18" (50 units) - Areca Palm 16" (50 units) - Cane Palm Plants 16" (50 units) - Money Plant Plain 12" (40 units) - Anglominea Plants box type (50 units) - Anglominea Silver Plants 12" (40 units) - Anglominea Plants White 12" (45 units) - Aglaonema Plants Green 12" (40 units) - Snack Plants 10" (40 units) - Anglominea White Plants Local 12" (40 units) - Areca Palm 18" (40 units) - Areca Palm 12" (40 units) - Money Plants 18" (40 units) - Malaysia Palm Plant (1 unit) The scope includes supply and delivery of healthy, fresh, disease-free plants that are properly rooted and free from pests or visible damage. The vendor must also provide suitable quality soil, compost, manure, and other necessary planting materials. Delivery is to commence within one week from the issuance of the Purchase Order. Transportation, loading, unloading, and safe handling up to the designated location at PSO House are the vendor's responsibility and must be included in the quoted price. All plants will be inspected by the Administration Department upon delivery, with the right to reject any plants not meeting the required standards. Rejected plants must be replaced at no additional cost within the specified period. The quoted rates should include all applicable costs such as transportation, packing, taxes, and other charges. Compliance with all specifications and requirements is mandatory. Payment will be processed after satisfactory delivery, inspection, acceptance, and submission of complete billing documents.
