Procurement of Plants on Annual Framework Contract Basis by Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, Nurseries, relevant work related experience registered with relevant tax departments i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax (where applicable) through open competitive bidding (lot wise) for the procurement of plants on annual FRAMEWORK CONTRACT BASIS FY:2026-27 for areas specified below by HA, LAHORE. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Rehabilitation and Development of Horticulture Works at Nishat Colony Park, DHA Defence Road, PHA Lahore (Area: 8 Acres) - Lot 2: Horticultural Development/Renovation of LDA Quarter Park, Walton Road, PHA Lahore (Area: 1.5 Acres) - Lot 3: Rehabilitation of Different Horticultural Works at Farooq Colony Park, PHA Lahore (Area: 4 Kanals) - Lot 4: The Upkeep and Development of the Area at Rabia Basri Degree College, PHA Lahore (Area: 6.5 Kanals) The procurement is conducted under Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids must be submitted online by 06-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. Earnest Money in the form of CDR in favor of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency must be quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount and same will be released after the successful completion of work, otherwise the security will be forfeited. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading bids on PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM (EP) Portal well before the deadline. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the required quantity by 15%.
