Procurement of PMU-7 (Line/Transformer CTS) and 132kV Bus/Line Isolator and PMU-8/2026-27 (ACSR Rail Conductor)

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for procurement of goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes two main items: PMU-7 (Line/Transformer CTS) and 132kV Bus/Line Isolator with tender reference P89374, and PMU-8/2026-27 (ACSR Rail Conductor) with tender reference P89446. Interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 can access detailed bidding documents and specifications at the official e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items being procured: - PMU-7 (Line/Transformer CTS) and 132kV Bus/Line Isolator - PMU-8/2026-27 (ACSR Rail Conductor) The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents. The original bid security along with a covering letter must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
