Tender Description
The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of PMU-7 (Line/ Transformer CTS) and 132kV Bus/Line Isolator under tender reference P89374 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to be executed in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured include:
- Lot-1: 132kV Bus Switchyard Isolator disconnect switches (10 sets)
- Lot-1: 132kV Line Switchyard Isolator disconnect switches (6 sets)
- Lot-2: 132kV Transformer Current Transformers (CTs) (9 units)
- Lot-2: 132kV Line Current Transformers (CTs) (6 units)
The goods must conform to WAPDA/NGC relevant specifications (amended to date) and be delivered to PESCO GSC Warehouse Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar within 120 days. Bidders must provide valid type test reports from accredited laboratories and demonstrate manufacturing and supply experience as per eligibility criteria. The procurement will follow the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 16 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and submission instructions available on EPADS. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents to avoid disqualification.
