Procurement of Point of Care Testing (POCT) on Reagent Rental Basis

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites e-bids from Original Manufacturers or Sole Distributors of foreign Principal or Authorized representatives registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the procurement of Point of Care Testing (POCT) on reagent rental basis. Items being procured: - Point of Care Testing (POCT) on Reagent Rental Basis The procurement is based on reagent rental model, ensuring supply and maintenance of testing equipment and reagents at the institute's premises. Bidders must be registered with Punjab E-Procurement System and submit bids electronically through the official portal. The estimated cost of this procurement is **Rs. 37,361,465/-** with a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount required in electronic form only. Hard copies of bids or bid securities in hard form will not be accepted. Eligibility criteria include registration with income tax and sales tax authorities, valid FBR registration, and participation through Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply chain department of Tower-A. Bids must be submitted online on or before **04-11-2026 at 11:00 AM**. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
