This procurement is on an annual framework contract basis specifically for the Horticulture Agency, Lahore. Items being procured: - Polythene Bags 6"x5" for FY 2026-27 on annual framework contract basis The procurement involves supply of polythene bags to be delivered at the site of the Horticulture Agency, Lahore head office located at Jail Road, Lahore. The contract is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and will follow a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must submit samples as the technical committee will evaluate the samples as per specifications.
