Procurement of Polythene Envelopes and Shopping Bags by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites sealed tenders from firms registered under Sales Tax Act and Income Tax, and active taxpayers with FBR, having good reputation, for the procurement of polythene envelopes and shopping bags through the E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Polythene Envelopes (Large), Black colour, Size 20 ½ x 14 ½ inches, 3000 Kg - Polythene Shopping Bags, White colour, Size 18 x 25 inches, 8000 Kg The materials must conform to the specified sizes and colours as per sample. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per rule 38(1) of PPR-2014. The estimated total amount for this procurement is Rs. 13,910,000/-. Firms must submit their CDR before the tender opening date. Bid security of 5% of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 695,500/- is required. A performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount will also be applicable. The tender closing date and time is 30-09-2026 at 11:30 A.M, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 P.M.
