Procurement of Portable Suction Machine

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites original manufacturers or authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan to submit E-Bids for the procurement of Portable Suction Machines. The bidding will follow the single stage two envelope (least-cost basis) procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - Portable Suction Machine (Quantity: 50) The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and can also be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments or authorities. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (PKR 85,000) must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 22-10-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The supply chain department at PKLI & RC is available for further information during office hours Monday to Friday. The tender requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next day will be treated as closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely electronic submission to avoid disqualification due to technical errors or internet failure. Hard copies of bids are not required.
