Supply of Medicines through L.P (M-20) for Pharmacy

PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre, Kotlakhpat, Ferozepur Road Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement from Pharmacies, Chemists, and Distributors having valid Drug Sales License and registered with Punjab E-Procurement for the supply of medicines on L.P (M-20) basis for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Sales Tax and Income Tax registered bidders with established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities who are not blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Pharmacy medicines through L.P (M-20) The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded separately on Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bid security of 2% is required as per E-Procurement format. Interested bidders may submit bids on Punjab E-Procurement till 11:00 AM on 22-10-2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
