Procurement of Poultry Feed for Financial Year 2026-27

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Poultry Feed for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Poultry Feed (specific quantities not provided) Bidders must submit technical and financial bidding documents online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 29th September 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same Committee Room. Bidders are advised to thoroughly study the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) before the pre-bid meeting and submit any queries or suggestions in writing on or before the meeting date. Queries submitted after the deadline will not be entertained. A mandatory Bid Security of Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million Rupees) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from the manufacturer(s) of Poultry Feed in Pakistan is required. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders will not be accepted as bid security. Bidders must submit unit prices of quoted items as prescribed in the financial bid format of the BSDs. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders should ensure timely submission through EPADS and maintain compliance with all bid security and documentation requirements to avoid disqualification.
