Procurement of Printing Items Framework Contract

The Health & Population Department through the Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Hassanabdal, District Attock, invites bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, distributors, authorized sales and service dealers, and retailers for the procurement of printing items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The supply will be on a free delivery basis to the consignee under a framework contract. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Printing Items The procurement will be conducted purely through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must register as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement platform to access bidding documents. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Technical bids will be opened on 08/10/2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders are encouraged to attend the bid opening ceremony. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 60,000 must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security shall be in favor of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Attock and must be attached with the technical bid. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal, as submission responsibility lies entirely with them. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be downloaded from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Clause 35 of PPRA Rules. In case the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the submission and opening date.
