The University of Child Health Sciences Lahore invites e-Bids for a Framework Contract covering a wide range of categories including General Items, Stationary, Computer Stationary, Printing and Publications, Plant and Machinery, Furniture, IT Equipment, Computer Hardware, Dental & Clinical Physiological Laboratory equipment, Entertainment Items, and Newspaper and Periodical Books for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - General Items - Stationary - Computer Stationary - Printing and Publications - Plant and Machinery - Furniture - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Dental & Clinical Physiological Laboratory equipment - Entertainment Items - Newspaper and Periodical Books The procurement will be conducted through an Open Competitive Bidding method adopting a single stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online on or before 24th November 2026 at 10:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost against each lot must be submitted electronically in the name of University of Child Health Sciences Lahore. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Cell office at University of Child Health Sciences Lahore during working hours. Hard copies of bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any technical or internet failures during submission. Lot-wise submission will be accepted only if submitted in the relevant lot. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on e-PADS and careful preparation of bids to avoid rejection due to technical errors or submission in wrong lots.
