Procurement of Printing Services for Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company FY 2026-2027

The Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites eligible bidders for the procurement of printing services for the fiscal year 2026-27 under a framework contract. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the E-Procurement website using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids in PDF format accompanied by all required supporting documents as per eligibility criteria. PCMMDC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR/ATL registration and submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost. The bid security must be paid digitally via 1link/Bank Guarantee options through the E-Procurement portal on or before the submission deadline. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online via the E-Procurement portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by Monday, September 07, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 01:00 PM at the PCMMDC head office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. PCMMDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered.
