Procurement of Prosthetic Devices for Persons with Disabilities under ADP Scheme Punjab

Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for procurement of prosthetic devices for persons with disabilities under ADP scheme, Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids, and other such assistive devices to PWDS Phase-II on framework contract for financial years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Items being procured: - Lower Limb (Above Knee), 120 units - Lower Limb (Below Knee), 160 units - Upper Limb (Below Elbow) / Myoelectric Prosthetic, 120 units - Upper Limb (Above Elbow) / Myoelectric Prosthetic, 100 units - Knee Orthosis, 200 units The total estimated cost is Rs. 527,000,000 with bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 10,540,000. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA website. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The procurement follows Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement system by 28th October 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Eligibility requires firms to comply with regulatory registration and enlistment with DRAP where applicable. Earnest money in the form of bid security must be submitted electronically; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. Successful bidders will also be required to submit performance security as per terms. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and PPRA Rules 2014.
