Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of PVC Flexible Cable 40/076 03 Core, PVC Cable 7/044 04 Core 6mm and Cable Ties 04 inch. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Karachi at the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation premises located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt. Items being procured:
- PVC Flexible Cable 40/076 03 Core, quantity 270 meters
- PVC Cable 7/044 04 Core 6mm, quantity 6 units (coils of 90 meters each)
- Cable Ties 04 inch, quantity 15 units
The cables are specified to have 99.99% pure copper conductor, with the PVC Cable 7/044 having 07 conductors in each core and 90 meters per coil. The cables and cable ties are to be delivered and installed at the specified location within 25 days from the date of contract award. Bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all eligibility criteria including no blacklisting status. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is required as per the bidding documents. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform, and all bids must be submitted electronically before the deadline.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of the specified cables and cable ties meeting the stated specifications. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including bid validity of 90 days and fixed pricing in Pakistani Rupees. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
