Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Bidders must submit the following documents along with the checklist attached at Section – C at the time of tender submission: photocopy of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letter issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organization (if any), attested copy of registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificate, audit report of last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last one year, attested copy of CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link between firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent), certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted, suspended or debarred by any government organization, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
