Procurement of Refreshment Items for PCMMDC for FY 2026-27

The Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) invites eligible bidders for procurement of refreshment items for FY 2026-27 under a framework contract. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the E-Procurement portal under rule 38(2-a) of PPRA rules using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids in PDF format with complete supporting documents as per eligibility criteria. Items being procured: - Procurement of Refreshment Items Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and E-Procurement portal websites. The estimated price inclusive of all applicable taxes is Rs. 8,390,000 with a bid security of Rs. 167,800 (2% of estimated cost). Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement website by Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM at the PCMMDC head office in Lahore. Bid security must be paid or submitted through 1link/Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the E-Procurement portal on or before the bid submission deadline. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last date of submission. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the official E-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
