Procurement of Refreshment and Printing Items for PCMMDC Lahore Division

Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-PCMMDC Lahore Division invites technical and financial proposals for procurement of refreshment and printing items through a framework contract. The procurement is for PCMMDC Lahore Division located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Refreshment items for PCMMDC Lahore Division - Printing items for PCMMDC Lahore Division The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by or before September 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Manual bids are not acceptable. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who may attend. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each lot must be paid or submitted through 1link/Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID # on the e-Procurement Portal by or before September 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. The financial proposal shall include all applicable taxes. Bidders must have valid registration certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and PRA Sales Tax. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The bid validity period is 90 days from the last submission date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rules 2014. Issuance of work order and procurement of items/services is subject to budget approval.
