Procurement of Renovation Works for NADRA Sargodha Region Offices

Items being procured: - 4" thick L shape laminated wood panels - One window counter workstations with CPU box and sliding trays - Computer tables with CPU box and keyboard trays - Officer tables with side racks and movable trolleys - Workstations/counters with drawers and CPU boxes - Laminated floor cabinets with imported shutters and lockable wheels - Low height wooden partitions with acrylic sheet borders - Floor standing pigeon holes with sliding glass and locks - Miscellaneous electric wiring including PVC insulated copper cables - LT 415V AC weatherproof distribution boards with MCCBs and MCBs - 18W and 24W SMD round down lights - Switch kits, socket fittings, bracket and ceiling fans - Various electric cables and batteries - Insect killers and other electric related items - Networking system including RJ45 sockets, CAT-6 cables, PVC ducts, network racks, switches, CCTV IP cameras, NVRs, POE switches, and related accessories - Miscellaneous civil works such as false ceilings, vitrified floor and sanitary tiles, glass doors and panels, vinyl graphic films, zebra blinds, PVC wall paneling, panaflex sign boards, stainless steel railings, queue pipes, fire extinguishers, paint and whitewash, brick and plaster work, roof slabs, marble fixing and polishing, fiber glass sun sheds, notice boards, complaint boxes - Furniture items including computer revolving chairs, executive chairs, visitor stools, waiting area sofas, counter chairs, wheelchairs, lasani super gloss sheets, wooden larr, and other related items The technical scope involves high-quality materials such as imported laminated boards, super gloss lasani sheets, vitrified porcelain tiles, and premium electrical and networking components. The works will be carried out at multiple NADRA offices within the Sargodha region, ensuring compliance with NADRA's standards and branding requirements. Eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered contractors or companies with valid PEC registration, NTN and STN/PRA certificates, and active tax compliance. Experience in renovation works, financial soundness, and a clean record regarding litigation and contract performance are mandatory. Joint ventures are allowed with no limit on members, but all members must meet eligibility requirements.
