Procurement and Repairing of Various Items for District Health Office Nagar

The Office of The District Health Officer Nagar invites sealed tenders from well reputed and experienced registered firms for procurement and repairing of various items against the regular budget of DDOs of District Health Office Nagar including National program/EPI Program and DDO RHC Chalt for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - ORD - Others/Miscellaneous - Stationary - Repair of vehicles - Repair of machinery/Equipment - Repair of biomedical/lab equipment - Printing items - Purchase of Uniform liveries - Repair of Furniture & fixture - Purchase of Medical Gas - Purchase of LPG gas - LP Medicines - Transportation The scope covers supply and repair services for medical, office, and transport related items at the District Health Office Nagar. The contractor/supplier must be a sole proprietor with a complete setup (shop/store/workshop) under the same registration name. Bidders must provide a 5% bid security in the form of call deposit (CDR) in the name of District Health Officer Nagar, which will be retained until successful supply and warranty expiry. Incomplete bids or unrealistic pricing compared to market rates will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase, decrease, or delete items and to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons. Bidding documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the District Health Office Nagar on written request and payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) treasury receipt before closing hours on any working day. The last date for submission of bids is 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
