The Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) Karachi invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 in the form of Cash/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee in favor of Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) at the office of the Director Finance, located at Plot No. 9, Block-17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Bid security amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 618,000, with an estimated total procurement value of approximately Rs. 94.90 million. Bids must be submitted on EPADS before the deadline of 30-10-2026 up to 2:00 p.m. Technical bids for lots 7 and 8 will be opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m., while financial proposals will remain sealed until further notice. Bidders should be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration and relevant experience may be required as per tender documents.
