Supply of Janitorial Services (Un-skilled Labour) for Cleaning and Waste Removal at TPS Jamshoro

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (Genco-I) invites bids for the supply of janitorial services involving un-skilled labour for cleaning buildings and roads, and collecting and removal of waste material through wheel barrow at the Power House area TPS Jamshoro. The contract requires engagement of 12 un-skilled labourers for 157 working days. Items being procured: - Engagement of Sweepers for cleaning of buildings and roads of Power House area with man sweepers and collecting waste material through wheel barrow (12 persons, 157 days) - Consumable materials for 6 months including 110 bottles of phenyl, 60 jharoos, and 15 bamboos The scope includes cleaning and sweeping of the Power House area buildings and roads, cleaning of sewerage lines, and waste collection with disposal at the designated dumping area within the Powerhouse premises. The contractor is responsible for providing consumables such as phenyl, jharoo, and bamboo as per the Bill of Quantities. The contract duration is 157 working days from the date of work order issuance. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR, SST, and GST. Only firms on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible. Earnest money of Rs. 181,409.00 in the form of call deposit or pay order from scheduled banks in favor of RE(O) GENCO-I JPCL Jamshoro must be submitted both online and physically before tender closing. Improper or conditional bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rule-33 (1). Bids must be submitted online via the EPAD portal.
