Procurement of Robot Grippers on FOR Import Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of Robot Grippers on FOR import basis. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Robot Gripper for 314 Ah Cell (Part No: 9030899090), Quantity: 1 Nos The technical scope requires the Robot Gripper to safely handle 314 Ah cells with a clamping force that secures the cell without deformation and high precision for alignment into assembly fixtures. The delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract, with destination at NEVF, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria include valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory, with amounts depending on registration status. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal (including muted bid security) and Financial Proposal (including actual bid security). The Technical Proposal will be evaluated first, and only technically accepted bids will have their Financial Proposals opened. The bid validity period is 120 days, extendable to 180 days. The contract includes a Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% of contract value, warranty for 12 months after acceptance, and compliance with terms including delivery schedule, payment terms, penalties for late delivery, and confidentiality under the Official Secret Act 1923.
