Tender Description

The Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Provincial Office, Sindh, under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety, Karachi, is procuring school uniforms, note books, and stationery items for 38 PBM Schools (SRCL) across Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to supply essential educational goods to support students in various districts including Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, and others. The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality school uniforms such as boys' pants with belts, shirts, girls' kameez shalwar, scarves, vests, socks, and sweaters. Additionally, note books of various types including four line, square line, single line, and interleaved single line copies are required. Stationery items include school bags, pencils, geometry boxes, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, and color pencils. All items must meet specified quality standards with PBM monograms where applicable. Delivery is to be made at designated PBM SRCL locations throughout Sindh within 27 days of contract award. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST numbers, and must not be blacklisted. Experience in supplying similar goods and financial capacity to handle the contract are essential. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of May 13, 2026, 11:00 AM, with the technical and financial bids submitted in two envelopes. Manual submissions are not accepted. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required as per bid security section.
